  3. Sitting on the edge of a bench or chair, with your back straight, carry your arms forward, taking a single weight with both hands. Then bring your arms up to your head, with your extremities stretched out well, and then bend your elbows to lower the weight towards your back. Return to the starting pose.
  4. Placed in front of a desk or the back of a chair, bend the leg backward so that one of the weights is positioned just where it is due. Slowly lift your leg back a little further and return it to the starting part.
  5. The abdominals in any of its variants can work optimally. An example can be: Lying on your back, lift your trunk a little. When you do this, turn your body to one side so that your back muscles stretch correctly. Return slowly to the starting point.

It must be taken into account that to improve results, it is necessary for the person to have a balanced diet according to his weight and needs; he must continuously hydrate himself since there will be loss of liquids and he must perform exercises that strengthen each part of the organism.
